This project was a residential multi-use, mid-rise structure which was a redevelopment of an existing hotel located in Wildwood, New Jersey.  There were multiple concept meeting and coordination with the client and architect in order to reach the density that the client needed to make the project feasible.  Attention to grading and drainage was required in order to make the site design comply with both local and NJDEP stormwater criteria.
