Project Manager for a project involving the widening of the NJDOT Route 9 and Lanes Mill Road intersection to accommodate increased traffic projections for a proposed retail center development.  The design included widening of all approaches, a new traffic signal, and modifications to a NJDOT jughandle.  Mr. Strang-Wolf’s responsibilities as project manager included all design elements for the project as well as utility relocations, and coordination with NJDOT, NJDEP, and the project developers.
