The Ridings at Upper Freehold – Monmouth County, New Jersey
Ms. Hoffmann was in charge of obtaining this Preliminary and Final Major Single Family Subdivision approval from concept to construction. This project required multiple concept plans, as of right plan, cluster plan, septic design for each lot, 50 Realty Improvements approval, NJDEP LOI approval, innovative stormwater management design and lot specific grading. Multiple client meetings and communication with outside agencies was key to receiving the multiple permits. Conformance with local ordinances required multiple different architectural designs and grading of each lot accordingly. This resulted in step foundations and retaining walls where required. This Major Subdivision approval resulted in multiple board meetings and months of testimony. Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision approval was granted based on innovative drainage design, preservation of key environmental areas, a complete application and accurate and concise testimony.
