Atlantic Consulting Engineers, LLC (ACE) has performed feasibility studies for various clients. Whether it is a financial institution that has taken back one or multiple properties or a private owner that just needs a little more analysis prior to making a decision on how to move forward, ACE can help. ACE will meet with the client, visit the site, perform full file review and background analysis of any existing approvals on the site. In addition, ACE will review current zoning and development regulations in the municipality in which the site is located, perform an initial GIS mapping of the site for various constraints, review access, sewer service and any other outside or environmental constraints that may be pertinent to the future development of the parcel. The study will summarize the findings and provide one if not multiple alternatives to development of the site. Depending on the needs of the client, a feasibility report may also include a conceptual plan.
