Leanne R. Hoffmann, PE, PP, CME

President & Chief Operating Officer

Ms Hoffmann serves as President – Chief Operating Officer at Atlantic Consulting Engineers. She has over 25 years experience in both the private development and public sector of engineering and planning. In the private sector Ms. Hoffmann has been in responsible charge of engineering design teams and both major subdivisions and major site plan development pro-jects. This included feasibility studies, concept designs, planning, and permitting through to obtaining preliminary and final board approval. Her private sector experience spans both the commercial and residential, single and multi-family sector. Her private development experience includes the development of vacant property as well as redevelopment and infill devel-opment. Ms. Hoffmann has testified before numerous Planning and Zoning Boards throughout the State of New Jersey. In addition, she has served as Township Engineer, Planning Board Engineer and Zoning Board Engineer in several municipalities throughout the State of New Jersey. Ms Hoffmann has also served in the capacity as Professional Planner to Planning Boards. Her experience in both the private sector planning and site design has blended well with her expertise in municipal engineering, capital projects and in-house engineering and land use planning.

Robert J. Strang-Wolf, PE

Vice President & Director of Engineering

Mr. Strang-Wolf serves as Vice President – Director of Engineering at Atlantic Consulting Engineers. He has over 26 years experience in all aspects of public infrastructure design and construction, and has managed the design of projects for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, PANY&NJ, and numerous Counties, Municipalities, and private sector clients. His expertise includes horizontal and vertical alignments; storm drainage design; construc-tion traffic control; design of roadside safety improvements including attenu-ators and guide rail; utility location and relocation coordination; and prepara-tion of right of way acquisition documents. He is well versed in NJDOT, AASHTO, MUTCD, RSIS and NJDEP design standards and policies.
