This project involved acquiring Preliminary and Final Site Plan approvals for fifteen (15) four story duplex attached affordable housing units. Site improvements included new parking, streetscaping, construction of a stormwater underground detention system discharging to the combined sewer, and reconstruction of a sanitary sewer main to reroute through the project. Project tasks included site design, utility coordination, geotechnical study, and environmental study including soils analysis for contaminants.
