Planning and Preliminary and Final Site Plan of twenty-two (22) single family attached affordable housing units.  Responsible for planning in accordance with Redevelopment Plan, site design, utility coordination, underground stormwater management and site improvements.  Due to the existing site constraints and proximity of adjacent sites design and layout was critical.  In addition, all stormwater was underground to discharge to combined sewer system.  This involved much coordination with JCMUA and JC Engineering.  The site was previously used and contaminated, ACE coordinated soils removal and remediation on the site.
