Project Manager for the complete replacement of a 230-foot long bridge and construction of 6,000-feet of temporary access roadway which was utilized during the bridge construction.  Bridge design elements included AASHTO Type II beams, pile foundations, concrete pier caps, reinforced concrete wing walls, steel sheet bulkheads, and fender systems.  Mr. Strang-Wolf managed all aspects of this award winning project, including design, survey, hydraulic analysis, right-of-way investigations, and NJDEP/Army Corp permitting necessary to support this project.
