Ms Hoffmann serves as President – Chief Operating Officer at Atlantic Consulting Engineers.  She has over 25 years experience in both the private development and public sector of engineering and planning.  In the private sector Ms. Hoffmann has been in responsible charge of engineering design teams and both major subdivisions and major site plan development projects.

Mr. Strang-Wolf serves as Vice President – Director of Engineering at Atlantic Consulting Engineers.  He has over 26 years experience in all aspects of public infrastructure design and construction, and has managed the design of projects for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, PANY&NJ, and numerous Counties, Municipalities, and private sector clients.
